📦 Shipping Information

• Delivery Area: We ship throughout France and selected EU countries.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Time:

  • France: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–8 business days

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

You will receive tracking information via email once your package ships.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags.

2. Return Process

Email support@fitnessnest.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions and a return address.

3. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
